There are three training sessions in a week, each with a specific objective. The session of the vigorous technique training is coached by Jing Lake, while the on-water paddling session is carried out on the lake. The stamina and strength are gradually enhanced through systematic workout in the gym. Accordingly, physical strength, skillful techniques and team spirits, integral to a team’s success in the competition, are objectives of the routine practice.
